The custom process of the water -cooled plate is as follows

Step 1: Clear demand.

Customers provide drawings and requirements for detailed data such as product heating core specifications, heat dissipation power, and working environment in order to fully understand for our R & D team.

Step 2: Design and simulate simulation.

The R & D team designed the heat dissipation plan, that is the design of the water cooling board and determined the details of the plan with the customer. Engineers design simulation of product (mainly water -cooled plate joint) structural design, heat simulation confirmation, product materials, surface treatment and manufacturing processes. To ensure the installation, maintenance, versatility and environmental protection requirements of the product, and formulate relevant inspection standards and specifications.

The cooling design parameters determine the material and flow resistance of the cold plate, liquid volume and density. The design and results of heat dissipation simulation need to be summarized, including section speed, temperature, flow trajectory, changes in pressure, and changes in shell temperature. Step 3: Sample and production test.

Sample production after the cold plate design is passed. It shows that the overall plan enters the test session. The test process is closely communicated with customers, and adjustments and modifications are made according to the actual situation until they reach customer requirements.

Step 4: Acceptance.
