Test Categories and Project List

1.Thermal Performance

We evaluate the thermal capability of heat sinks, liquid cold plates, and heat pipes under real operating conditions, measuring key parameters such as thermal resistance, temperature rise, and airflow performance. Wind tunnel and flow resistance testing confirm that every design delivers the cooling performance promised on paper.

Thermal Resistance Test

A known heat load is applied to the component and the steady-state temperature rise is recorded to calculate thermal resistance (°C/W).

Micro-Channel Verification (Hot Water Flushing & Flow Resistance)

Micro-channel cold plates are flushed with hot water while flow resistance is monitored, confirming that all internal channels are open and free of debris.

2.Sealing & Leakage

Liquid cooling demands absolute leak tightness. Every liquid cold plate undergoes air leak and helium mass-spectrometry leak testing—with 100% full inspection on critical products—plus pressure holding tests to verify sealing integrity under operating pressure.

Pressure Holding Test

The cold plate or circuit is pressurized to its rated or elevated working pressure and held for a set period while pressure decay is monitored.

Helium Leak Test

Helium is used as a tracer gas and detected by a mass spectrometer to find extremely small leaks (down to 1×10⁻⁹ Pa·m³/s).

3.Reliability & Durability

We simulate real-world operating stress through pulse flow, thermal cycling, and constant temperature & humidity testing, ensuring our products maintain stable performance over years of service in demanding automotive and industrial environments.

Pulse Flow Test

Apply periodic pressure/flow pulses to the liquid cooling system to verify the structural strength and sealing performance of the liquid cooling plate under dynamic pressure shock.

4.Environmental & Surface

Salt spray testing verifies the corrosion resistance of surface treatments, while cleanliness testing ensures parts meet strict particle and residue standards—critical for liquid cooling circuits and clean-room assembly.

Salt Spray Test

Samples are placed in a salt spray chamber where a saline mist simulates a corrosive environment for a defined duration (e.g., 24/48/96 h). This verifies the corrosion resistance of surface finishes such as anodizing, plating, and coating.

Cleanliness Test

Parts are checked for particle count, size, and residues such as oils or machining chips.

5.Non Destructive Testing(NDT)

Using X-ray and ultra-sonic scanning, we inspect internal brazing and friction stir welding quality without damaging the component. Combined with intelligent online inspection, we deliver only 100% good parts—no flawed piece leaves our factory.

Ultra-Sonic Scanning

Ultrasonic waves are used to detect unbonded areas or voids at material interfaces such as FSW and brazed joints.

Intelligent Inspection

Automated optical vision systems scan every part on the production line to detect surface flaws and dimensional deviations.
