The design requirements

CASE2:IGBT x 9PCS=5022W;

CASE4:IGBT x 9PCS=5040W;

Fans :700m3/H ,at intake temperature 50℃

Heat sink: Skived fin heat sink with heat pipes

Environment temperature:50℃

The heat sink surface maximum temperature is below 95℃

The results:

Used the simple model method, the result  will be different from the actual module.
