Heat pipe heat sink for 3000W laser cooling system

Based on customer needs, we need to design a 600*430*95mm heat sink, using skived fin process or heat pipe soldering process,

power is 260W*12 modules, fans using 9025*12, the whole system good heat dissipation, to ensure that the surface temperature of the heat sink is lower than 60 degrees, in the case of the ambient temperature of 45 degrees.

The design requirements:

260W x 12PCS=3000W;

Fans: 92*92*25mm/5500rpm ，

at intake temperature 45℃

Heat sink: Soldering process with heat pipes

Environment temperature: 45℃

The heat sink surface maximum temperature is below 60℃.
