3200W Liquid Cold Plate Thermal Solution

To address the growing demand for high-power cooling solutions, Winshare Thermal has developed a 3200W Liquid Cold Plate Thermal Solution. Traditional air-cooled heat sinks often fall short in meeting the stringent requirements of our customers, making liquid cold plates an excellent alternative.

Design Requirements

  • Total Thermal Power: 3200W

  • Liquid Flow Rate: 0.3 cubic meters per hour

  • Maximum Surface Temperature: Less than 60°C

  • Inlet Water Temperature: 25°C

  • Ambient Temperature: 25°C

Key Features of the Liquid Cold Plate

  • Material: Constructed from high-quality aluminum for lightweight and efficient heat transfer.

  • Cooling Tubes: Integrated copper tubes enhance thermal conductivity.

  • Sealing: Gaps are filled with epoxy to ensure durability and prevent leaks.

The liquid cold plate design effectively manages high thermal loads while maintaining optimal operating temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

The results:

There will be a slight difference between the simplified module and the actual sample.

The maximum surface temperature of the liquid cod plate is 58.96 ℃, which is able to meet the customer's requirement of  60℃.
